Chrysler Residual Values Drop 6% Due to Bankruptcy

Chrysler Offers Up to $6,000 in Incentives

After declaring bankruptcy and seeing sales dive 50% last month, Chrysler is now offering $4,000 cash rebates on 2009 vehicles.
